::Usually the place is rather quiet and less crowded than other KFC outlets. Additionally, from this outlet, one can enjoy a natural scenery as it is across the street where most of the HDB blocks are.

::this KFC outlet is drive thru very good for lazy people like me. i don't see many drive thru KFC in Singapore. it's beside a golf driving range. exit carpark within 15min is free. i did not wait for long. even on a Saturday afternoon.
