  Actually I would give 3.5 stars. With all the restaurants serving lousy but expensive food, people look towards franchise restaurants like McD and KFC as they maintain certain level of quality and value. There are exceptions like Pizza Hut(not worth going). KFC mauntains the taste, quality and price so it is recommended. The reason why I do not give high score although I would recommend KFC is because the staff are slow. They are busy all day and looks tired. Maybe the business owner can reward them a little to lift their spirit a bit. It also seem the staff are not organized. They are always waiting for something from the kitchen which result in long queue. If the kitchen crew can be more effective, they should be able to service better as customers dont have to wait so long. It would also translate to more revenue as customers dont walk away after seeing the long and slow queue. It would also be good if they can install a flat panel TV so customers can be distracted while waiting in the queue. Other than that, things are as expected. Rrcommended.

  2 storey, have non-air conditioning area, next to SMO Bookstore
