  The quality of the food has drop and the sprite has got no taste. The chickens are bitter and its hard and over cooked. Thought KFC Petonas outlet was the best all the while but now its the same as other outlet. Maybe I will stop eating KFC for a while.

  At times (even non-peak), queue could be long. Generally staff could be more friendly. At one time the place ran out of chicken i.e. no stock. It was around 8pm. Unacceptable for a 24-hour chicken restaurant.

  Drive thru, that's the only reason. But when u get there, got staff that are disrespectful and somewhat deaf (maybe the mics are low quality). Please review your customer satisfaction rate. Not your customer 'service'. Its crappy.
