  Standard hotel place if you're looking to crash for the weekend while you're busy visiting, shopping and what-not. Has a swimming pool area, big kitchen if you feel like cooking while you're here. Within commutable distance to the nearest mall.

  It's a spacious apartment, close to amneties. However cleanliness level could be better. Sheets are stained and gray. Water heater didn't work in one of the bath.

  This is by far the worse apartment that I've ever lived in and for the price that we've paid for. We booked one of the suites for 4 people . It started off with a door to the laundry that goes out to the balcony . It cannot be locked or closed due to the damaged lock . Then, it was the quilts . We were given quilts with no quilt cover  and was told that we will have to make do with it by the person in charge . Next , pillows with no pillowcases. Apparently when we contacted the person in charge , her reason was that all suites were the same and they don't have pillow covers . What a pathetic response to something so simple . Thanks but sleeping on a pillow with a pillowcase or a quilt with a cover shouldn't be something that we need to ask for in a paid accomodation . Next , we checked out the toilets and there was a hissing sound coming from the back of it . Great , there was a leaky pipe from the back of the toilet . Then came the bathtub , the drainer was closed and the knob to open was broken . So , filthy stagnant water got stuck in the tub and it couldn't be drained. No chance I'm showering in that filthy bathtub . Then , we went to the second bathroom . Turned the power on and started the water heater , no hot water . There wasn't any power going through and considering how poorly everything was maintained , we switched off the mains to avoid risking any mishap . To be fair , the person in charge did try to find us quilt covers after we made our point clear that we were not happy . She also did promise to get a technician in to look at the door lock , and water heater but we did not hear from her after we returned home and so we slept on pillow cases and quilt borrowed from a relative nearby . Perhaps this was one bad apple but this should be an early warning to anyone who is looking to rent here .

  The management runs a hotel and the adjoined serviced apartments. Have not tried the rooms but attended many functions here. A popular choice for weddings, gala events, seminars, stage shows, etc. It is located along the famous Kinta River. The walk along the riverbank is recommended. For the health conscious there is a hanging bridge that crosses over the river to DR Park for more greenery. A breath of fresh air in the early mornings especially. Some choice activities there at night too. Stalls. Barber. Bike rental. No other hotels with such amenities in Ipoh.
