::Ask for them for information of injury on my insurance claim, rude indian lady tell me she has to pass it to the doctor, when i say that an endorsement from the nurse will do she ask me to come back at another evening, the whole process would only take 5-10 mins maximum

::NG AND LEE - PUDU- Spoke to a receptionist by the name of Pavi absolutely disappointed and frustrated with the impolite way spoken of me while placing me on hold. - Unable to obtain proper information from the call attender ,for a student in order to process his visa application due to medical fail and appeal passed. Hope there will be an improvement in customer services 13.02.2018-3.40pm

::This clinic should not even deserve any star to begin with! The doctor gave the impression that they won't treat you unless you have the money! I called the place up to find out if I could get my medical report done at the clinic using my blood test results from Pathlab. Over the phone, the nurse said that it can be done and it will only cost RM 90 extra for an X-ray after checking with her "Superior". As soon as I got to the counter, the first nurse took down my details and confirmed that the doctor will be able to complete my medical report. She even said that my name would be called very soon to do my X-ray. 15 minutes later, a second nurse said that her "Superior" would not allow the doctor to complete the medical form unless I did a fresh blood test at the clinic whilst accusing me of a possible forgery of my blood test. Furious, I told her to call Pathlab to verify my blood test. Again, she refused and said that the blood test would cost me over RM 200. Note that she did not even apologize! Had I more time, I would have stirred a scene at the clinic. But I stormed off and asked her not to waste my time! Given the inconvenience of heavy traffic and the difficulty of finding parking, coupled with dishonest staff and what not, Klinik Ng & Lee (Pudu branch) is most definitely not worth your time and money! Should anyone need their blood test and medical report done, just get it done elsewhere please!

::The doctor was so ARROGANT! I am absolutely disgusted with his attitude! As a person who just want reassurance that I am in an OK condition, the doctor gave me a condescending tone and look on his face. I didn't asked for his name, but he is a Chinese around mid 50 years old man. I've been visiting this place back then but now I'll never ever patronize Ng dan Lee anymore, and I will influence others too!

::Always a very horrible waiting experience. Nurse takes forever just to register. I came back to the clinic after having fever for 3 days (I came here too ok the first occasion). The doctor just says I'll give you some fever medicine. Then I asked should I do blood test? He says to come back next morning because everything is closed at night. So I asked what's wrong with my body? Why still fever? He says in Cantonese "gam mou gua" which means probably a cold. So I asked its "probably"? He just nods his head. What a lousy and unprofessional doctor. Showing no care at all. Do not come here. I hope the management sees this and take some action immediately
