  A que management system would help here similar to banks/post office. To be fair to those who patiently wait in the clinic. Those who came early, register and went out is not fair to those who waited in the clinic for hours ok only for you to come back later at your own convenience and the fakap nurses would "re-call" your name every few minutes. Come on Dr Koe you are smart use your brain. To be frank, those who are NOT present when their name was first called should be move to the end of the que list only when they come back to the clinic.

  I wish I can give her 6 🌟 .. I am a expat and had very limited knowledge about doctors in Malaysia. My daughter had running nose, Cough and cold since one month and I have already visited a doctor near by .. but there was no improvement. Then I asked my friend for a known doctor for child and he gave me this Reference.. The normal waiting time is 2 hours But trust me it is worth waiting .. Doctor gives you full time .. understands your case and then provide you medicines.. which are Very Effective. after taking it for 2 days I can see the effect and now she is doing good.. as well staff is very good n friendly I am so thankful to Koe Child Clinic and Highly recomand it for Child care.

  Dr Koe is very professional, knowledgeable and more importantly patient and caring and provides quality service with a personal touch. She is also an experienced and certified lactation consultant who has helped many mums with their journey of breastfeeding, my wife included. Highly recommended. Tip: Because she's always in high demand, the clinic's queues can be quite long, so go early on a weekday to avoid this.
