  Friendly staff. Gave us early check in. Room was clean. Bathroom too. Wifi is good. Pools are good for families but water was really cold. Corridors are very dimly lit leading to the rooms. Did not feel safe to leave things in the safe as the door was damaged by the lock. Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

  The hotel, while still homely and welcoming is slowly beginning to show its age. Its location however is the main draw for visitors. The importance of its location cannot be simply put in a few words. It just strategically placed just next to a huge shopping mall which has a large variety of shops. Furthermore just across the road are local shops and eateries. This hotel is the probably the best placed hotel in Johor bahru for visitors who want to just shop and laze in their rooms, or those who want a slice of the local lifestyle.

  Great location, promises lots of fun for the whole family thanks to the combination of the water park and the adjacent thriving shopping mall. Variety at the buffet breakfast was quite satisfying and the food quality was more than acceptable. Definitely my choice for my next visit to JB!

  I stayed at KSL resort hotel for three night, which was my best experience so far as room was spacious with all the modern facilities. Bathroom toiletries were sufficient, complementary breakfast was awesome with lots of options. I will prefer to stay in this hotel in future also as there is discount for overseas guests. M

  Nice room. Good service form the staff. Nice and convenience pool for family. Best of all shopping mall at the ground floor. Dinosaur Park quite far and have to past another block to get into.
