  This place don't even deserve a rating. I wonder if anyone shows up in the office. Call throughout the day nobody picks up. Even someone pick up they will pass to someone who they know wont take call. I wish I had a job in here. Just collect salary that's all. Rather stupid tax branch this one.

  I tried calling 03-9207 4200 with extension also. I tried few times in the morning around 9:30, no response. Felt like wasting my money and time. Went to office directly, the people at the counter are nice.

  one of the staff very bad, January i go to stamping tenancy agreement he say need owner letter only , feb i go to stamping he say not only a letter also need owner copy ic , now march i go to stamping he say this time totally cannot , he say although i prepare owner letter and copy ic ,but now the rules change already , for agent only can via website , counter totally cannot, i know this is the rules but before this no anything notice who know ? if i know why i want jam to there and hard to find parking , go upstair take number , wait so long time , why no any notice why ? the guy so bad ....totally...

  Actually One 1 star is just nice for LHDN because of poor entertain customer. Keep on call from early morning at 8.30 am till 1.00 pm..yup, pick up after several call and the operator just passing to another line and unfortunately nobody pickup the line. Bad service, no more talk on bombastic achievement there and there on news if basic service below the par. Please learn how to be better government link agencies, still not late.
