  I think the price is quite pricey compared to the condition of the room. Toilet's floor is not really clean. Drawer beside my bed have a dirty food container probably from previous guest. Room's furniture looks quite old. But must say thumbs up to all staff. They were really helpful and really kind.

  Great experience for kids as the private pool is just so relaxing. Great amenities and facilities, next to public beach and the hotel services is just great. The only downside is the parking area at the main building, giving ways to cars parked next to the walls. Difficult for myself to park and even to go out from parking space because there were cars did not parked at designated area. Hopefully better security and traffic control at the parking area.

  On average, the room is good and staff are all friendly and very helpful. However you need to re-visit your check in procedure and lobby. As the check in time is at 4pm, you need to have bigger lobby or waiting area. The lobby are just too cramp and not enough chair. I arrived at 3pm, and no place to breastfeed my baby. Please take that into your consideration.

  For the price paid, the large room made up for it. The tower room were reflective of the water chalet layout. May be funny to walk through the toilet to reach the room, but may be designed that way so (hopefully) people will wash their feet before entering the bedroom. Aircond is noisy and not cold, likely due to the age of the building. Two queen bed made it sufficient for a family of 2Adults and 2kids (below12) to share. Basic amenities and most activities except for swimming pool, are chargeable. Example, bicycle is rm10/hr and can only be used within the resort. Lexis links to Grand Lexis next door. You can access amenities in both sides - the Grand Lexis pool is slightly less packed, likely due to availability of water chalet with individual pools.

  Our room was well equipped and well prepared. The family thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. The air conditioning duct is not effective for temperature controls at night. A better way is needed to control the ventilation of cold air. Check in time could be earlier since 4pm is way too late in the day. Without a doubt one of the best place for a fun filled family getaway for Port Dickson.
