  It is difficult to write this as I had bad experience with Marry Me Bridal . If you are considering to engage them , please do think twice before make the decision as I don't want to see other victim who wasted money to retake at other bridal shop . You may have heard that their photographer Vincent is good but unfortunately I had bad experience and dissapointed with their team . Below are my comments: - have picked the my gown before the photoshooting day . By right all gown must be altered accordingly especially when the gown is too loose . Apparently , on the photoshooting day , they didn't altered the gown and it was so loose and long. Our photoshoot session was affected by this gown issue when the photographer Vincent kept asking his make up artist to adjust the sleeve. We are really dissapointed when we received the picture . Even after edited , the sleeve seems to be very weird because the photo editor mentioned that she is not able to edit it because the gown itself is really too loose . - there are really limited gown for you to choose . Before I engaged them , actually I did some research on internet. Some has given review that the lady boss seems to kept those nice gowns . And yes , this happened to me as well . During my gown trying session , they only offer me to choose within the 5 gowns and claimed that those are most nice and suitable me . So I don't even have chance to look for other because they insist that those are the nicest . - Quality of photographer - before I engaged them , I thought Vincent is really a professional photographer. When I took our picture , I found that most of the picture was not took in the correct angle and facial expression . I'm quite dissapointed as among the softcopy I received , it is very difficult for me to choose the 40 photos. I noticed that my partner shirt was not tidy up and shocked that he can shoot when the groom looks so messy . Due to lack of professional of the photo , the photo editor mentioned that this is very hard to edit . But those are only photo that we can choose so we got no choice and ask her to try the best to edit. I m quite in doubt why a photographer that claimed as professional can take such quality of photo and can take s size lady to become like L size lady . Although he mentioned that those can be edited but some picture not able to edit like Long sleeve and shirt issue . He actually must check and ensure everything was fine before take photo . Quality of make up artist , I was quite surprise that she never see what kind of hairstyle suitable for my face. Make up artist plays an important role , she must ensure the hairstyle suit the client with round face . My face is not suitable to put big flower crown on my head . During photo session, Vincent asked to place the flower on my head. Without any objection, she just put on my head. So in the end , some of the photo is very ugly due to this big flower crown. Another funny experience is they can ask gown fitter staff (a young staff ) to curl my hair) this is not professional at all . - Quality of customer service - bad after sales service experience provided by the staff called Wee Chun . Messaged him whether can retake another time as most of the photo took till very fat and on wrong angle . I'm quite surprise that most of the photo with double chin and looks fatter and bad than my daily or travel photo using iphone or DSLR. The replied that given by him is no camera can shoot a person till slim . I did not further quarrel with him because this is really no point arguing as everything already done. Quality of photo editor - I think she is probably a junior staff who are lack of experience . All edited photo is really bad . Can't denied that the mphotographer and make up artist also need to responsible for their lack of professional .

  Splendid and very professional team. The artistic quality of work produced is second to none. Lead photographer, Vincent is very experienced with an unbelievable eye for bringing out the emotions in each photo.

  The most lousy and roughest service I never seen in my life! No doubt your skills are good but it doesn't means you can leave a guest out in the cold!

  Jeremy and I were pleased with the amazing services provided by Marry Me Bridal Gallery. Vincent Lim and the team are friendly, courteous and professional. It was an absolute joy to work with them. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
