::Please don't try to cheat customer especially in money matter. Yes u said it's a human error but did u know that Ur staff trying to see her luck either I'll be back to get my money just because I'm in hurry? Well, I'm in a rush luckily I double check again my cash, I almost lost my 1k because of the staff wrongly count even from counting machine!!!??? And again Ur Maybank branch put blame on me said that I must count my money before I leave, how am I suppose to check my money if Ur next customer was behind me waiting for their turn?

::Always get good service from staff at this branch. It can get a little busy sometimes, but seating and waiting areas are adequate and comfortable.

::Frontline staff at this Maybank branch really sucks. There's this Chinese lady giving out numbers who always has some sarcastic reply to your questions.. and there's an equally sarcastic Chinese man who handles opening of new accounts. Waiting long time for service, I can tolerate but sarcastic workers are really a put off. I have since moved my funds to PBB who always has fast and efficient service and CIMB whose staff are so polite and friendly. If I really need to step into Maybank, I 'll go to the Wisma Satok branch, which has more pleasant staff. The only reason I went to this Maybank previously is because it' s within walking distance from my house.

::bad attitude of staff , especially who answer phone call. Ask me to come and queue , not just helping me to check whether my account is ready. Lastly ask me to come at 4.30Pm(their closing time ) said that time is less customers......Why want to fool customers? Open a current account said need 7 days. but process on 2/4/18 with full document till today 16/4/18 not yet ready. still need to wait maybe a week.....(told by customer services). Hopefully with this review they can improve their services
