  Very good hotel, lovely rooms bathroom ect, loved the breakfast buffet, big selection. Right next to metro and 7/11 , also near food market and shopping streets, very nice place to stay in KL

  Good hotel, newly renovated with cheap parking (6 rm) although it’s a bit of a challenge to go in and there’s funky smell but will do, one thing that since the parking place belong to to hotel they shouldn’t charge there guests or at least include in the room price, and they got smoking and non smoking rooms. I enjoyed my stay there...

  This place would have 5 stars if based on location and room quality alone, unfortunately there is a real issue with street noise. I was located on the 3rd floor facing the monorail and the street noise was horrendous. I even found myself checking to see if the windows were open the noise was so bad, they weren't. Very glad I took earplugs with me. This issue really needs addressing as all other aspects of this hotel are great.

  Excellent location. Housekeeping could do with a lot of improvement. Breakfast is good but could do with a daily change in the menu. Same cold cut and cheese served daily. Go early or the coffee becomes a mildly flavoured beverage. Repeated requests over 3 days brought no improvement.

  Very decent city centre hotel with good facilities, centrally located opposite Berjaya Times Square - some rooms with excellent views (ours did). Room was huge and comfortable with spacious reception and seating area. Large bathroom. Rooms a little tired but everything functions. Concierge is fantastic and deserves tipping generously! Bell boys good too. Piano bar. Breakfast buffet is actually well worth it.
