  Place is dated. Originally given room 1325, no in toilet phone and no hot water to the sink or shower/ bath tub. Called up front desk, changed to room 1311. 1311, no hair dryer and the water drainage in the shower area is slow. In both rooms the Wi-Fi is basically non existent, hotel will loan u a Wi-Fi hotspot but with a RM$ 50 deposit returnable upon return of the hotspot. Other than other staff is quick, efficient and friendly. Room is quite clean bed the bed mattress is a little too soft.

  The parking sucks The room not been prep for arrival of the guest Bathroom is clogging and did complaint yet no action been taken Eventhough using premium parking, yet it is hard to park n going out cause of other people parked right in front of the premium car slot parking Free wifi just for fun(not connected through) No initiative by the management to correct or action on any matters of issues

  Totally not useable shower head. So I suspect the house keeper did not even clean the tub because the shower head could not spray any water out at all. Receptionist was very rude as she said I was not supposed to complain to her as she is just a receptionist. But then she also told me the duty manager was not available.Haha what a warm welcome to me for booking twelve rooms in this hotel for the first time. However to be fair to the hotel the price is considered cheap.

  very difficult to get a car park for hotel guest as there is no designated / reserved parking.. poor reception upon arrival.. wifi bit hard to connect & slow.. no heater for shower n towel looks dirty & bit smelly.. unfriendly receptionist when check out (sour face).. apart from these, room is spacious & located above bintang mall.. much to improve..
