  Worst clinic ever. Doctor was in a hurry and couldn't be bothered to explain clearly. Will never go back there.....

  Doctors seemed overworked and restless. Son was sick with cough, no fever. Didn’t check well or explain well and just referred Son to A&E. Went to A&E and the Doctors there said he has no wheezing or breathlessness. Just need to take medicine.

  Took my 2 of Hep B jabs, 6mths later came for the 3rd jab, the front counter staffs said "no stock have to go other clinic".. Should nicely recommends & refer patients to other clinic..

  Done a health screening with Minmed. First impression was for me to keep calling their hotline over the week just to get an appointment fixed with a doctor to review my health screening report. Emailed them but did not get any response. The moment i turn up at the clinic for the appointment, the nurse told me that I need to print out the report (that was supposingly stated in the email. In fact, it wasn't stated at all ) for the doctor to review. I offered to show the doctor the online copy, the nurse refused. The nurse then insisted that i had to print out the report before they could review my health report. I left without getting my health report reviewed. Never coming back to Minmed ever. Bad service across all touchpoints, utterly disappointed. Any other clinics i have been to have better service than Minmed.

  should have read the reviews before coming here. staff is next to useless - standard answer to everything is "I dont know". there is no sense of service quality here, and being a "medical clinic", one can only wonder how well you can expect to bt treated professionally here. horrible, just horrible.
