::Just went in for the trial boxing class when I was in Malaysia for a visa run and had a great time with it. I can't compare it with anything else but the group we had was a mix and it was a great workout with some drills I've never done before. I had a blast their facilities were good and the location great if you are in Kuala Lumpur near Bukit Bintang or in Chinatown.
