::The location is great, only walking distance to Mid Valley Megamall but of course you can choose to call for GRAB car service. There are quite a lot of parking spaces here as well. The staff is very friendly. The facilities is kind of aged and I think they need to have an upgrade on those facilities. The room is big but I personally think there is a little bit hygiene problem. The wifi is really fast. It is definitely an OK hotel to stay for a short while if you are not a picky person.

::Room not big as expected. No chairs inside the room. No eateries nor restaurant nearby. Plus point, place not too crowded & very peacefully. Easy parking even limited.

::Everything was fine except for the attitude of on duty staff in your cafe on Sunday (20th). My family and I booked 5 rooms to hold my brother's reception at Glasshouse on Saturday night. We slept late on that night so could not go for breakfast earlier than 10am. I informed the staff on-duty that we probably take longer time than 10.30am, he seems unhappy. He even switched off few lights at 10.30am. My brother had to bring some toasted bread to the room for my sis-in-law because she's heavily pregnant and not well, the staff questioned my brother in an inappropriate way. We are aware that bringing out food is prohibited, however, there are situations where guests have to do so. Please be considerate. So do the staff on-duty at the counter on Sunday. We politely requested for a clean towel, she seems refused at first. When we check out, she's quite busy chit chatting with two other persons - i believe not hotel staffs but her friends or relatives. You probably want to improve the customer service skills among your staffs. Good Luck!
