  Last 2 month i beli satu power bank tapi ada masaalah.. nasib i keep resit dan condition power bank ok dtg sini terus dapat claim baru 👍tq my gadgets

  The staff here needs training on how to treat “foreigners”. I am Cape Malay but I’m absolutely disgusted at how they treated us compared to treating locals extremely nicely. They gave us absolutely dirty looks (except the Indian employee). I regret buying my “ipipoo” headphones here. Believe me when I say, this was not about a language barrier. They could speak English perfectly fine. Two golden rules the staff should learn: 1) Don’t punish all “foreigners” because other “foreigners” misbehaved. 2) Learn to accept all cultures, especially those related to you, in this case - Cape Malay. 3) We all are global citizens in this Earth, it does not belong to you.

  Be very careful before buying from these people. After asking if I could see a product I was told no they were all sealed. I purchased the product as they said it would be fine. I then opened the product on the counter. Instantly I discovered that it in fact did NOT work! After some chatter and trying to tell me it did ...... it clearly didn't - they couldn't get it to work themselves. They then asked me for proof of purchase - LMAO I hadn't left the front counter! But here is the kicker while one guy is refunding me - the other staff member is resealing the box to place it right back on the shelf!!! I watched him do it! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR PURCHASE HERE!
