  Saw a poor large dog, squeezed into a small cage. Sitting down, the dog had to stooge just to have its head clear the ceiling. There wasn't even room to lie down without curling up into a ball. I pointed it out to the staff and he said "don't worry, it's only temporary". I asked what temporary meant, and he said 1 day. Imagine your dog, your family, your loved one stuffed into a cage without barely little space to stretch for a day. Is this how you want your pet to be treated? If this is acceptable company policy, how many more corners do you suppose they would cut? Would you shop at a store that put profits over the wellness of your loved one? Shame on them.

  I am amazed with the aquarium section! Aquarium lovers might love this place alot, except for the price. But it is fair because they are located in a shopping mall.

  It's a great store and really helpful. The staff are so friendly. I wanted a product that was not in stock and they promised to let me know when they had stock. It took several weeks but they called me to let me know they finally had it; I thought they'd forgotten. It's a big pet store with a lot of choice and stock, so well worth a visit. Unlike many pet stores, the staff actually seem to care, about the pets and the customers. Thank you

  Be careful the plants are not shrimp safe. Many shrimp almost dying when plants introduced even when they said shrimp safe when i asked 2 different staff. Guppies also too sensitive. 3/5 death is quite serious, sign of weak breeds or highly treated breeding. Most guppies from other shops seem to do much better.
