  No offence to this hospital. Just my view. Opinions r free anyway. Ok. 1st, the supporting staff r fine, helpful, gre8 people. Stressful environment. 2nd, But the doctor need to follow the time of appointment. Waiting was not ideal. My average waiting time was 2 hours. Just to hear I'm healthy. But they added few more test just to bump my bills. I refuse. Sign off. Settle. I rather pay my gym membership than pay 4 lab test I know I don't need. I don't drink nor smoke. Workout regularly. But, they r working an honest job. I respect the care n sacrifices.

  Friendly welcoming staff to lead you where you need to be. Very hardworking nurses helping the patients. Doctors are proffesional yet so humble.

  The pediatritrician docter was very knowlegable.Dr Alex, he was very experience dealing with the kids that have a serious health problem.My baby very fast get well from pneumonia with the treatment that given by Dr Alex.All the nurse & the staff was very polite & friendly.I really recommend you to go to this hospital if your kids have a health problem.Its is expensive but it is worth it.

  Service is good but very expensive. Right now the only private hospital in Petra Jaya. The nurses are friendly and helpful. Most time a family member will accompany the patient overnight. Window panes need to be cleaned. Hospital charges need to be competitive with new private hospitals. Cafeteria food is expensive. Serves local and western food. The cafeteria forest garden is tranquilling but walls need painting.

  Hmmm.. ho knows... they service... you very good.. I promise you guys... whas i go there... you can see.. T * * i whas desepoint... but i come here. I can give 5 briliant star.. for this...
