  I have been here brought my kids to have fun, the door was open however there is no single person at d counter. What the heck man? They said open at 10am but i hv waited until 11 hoping someone will appear..this is nonsense..

  The tom boy staff was very rude. She drove away customers. She said "if don't like it here, you can go elsewhere". Totally unfriendly place. Avoid this place if you want your family/ friends to have a good time. No wonder there was 1 customer only when we entered.

  I'AM A FREQUENT VISITOR TO THE BOWLING CENTER AND ON THE PARTICULAR DAY ME AND MY MEMBERS HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE BOWLING STAFF WHO WAS MANAGING THE COUNTER AT THAT TIME. SHE SEEMS TO BE LIKE A TOMBOY AND WAS VERY RUDE WHEN WE EXPERIENCED ONE OF THE LANE WAS NOT FUNCTIONING WELL . WE TOLD HER ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THIS IS WHAT SHE COMMENTED:- 1. IT IS A MACHINE AND SURE IT HAS A PROBLEM 2. IF YOU GUYS DON'T LIKE IT HERE YOU CAN GO ELSEWHERE. FIRST OF ALL WHY WAS SHE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING SITUATIONS AND WHY WAS SHE ACTING LIKE A GANGSTER. MANAGEMENT YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND IF NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS PARTICULAR STAFF I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE MEDIA. KINDLY TAKE NOTE OF THIS UNHEALTHY ATTITUDE AND RUDE STAFF .   What kind of suck service that provide by this company employee, racist, disrespect the customer, all equipment are broken, shoes are broken, this is the worst bowling services i ever experienced
