  1. Room’s carpet is dirty, bed cover although seems changed but has some stain on it. Asked housekeeping to come to change it. housekeeping staff said “clean one might have stain too because hotel wash all bed sheets and cover by themselves “ 😫 2. Front desk charges me RM200 deposit after I paid my room fare. And doesn’t return it when I check out. ➡️I don’t like this unreachable policy!! 😡 3. Breakfast is ok. Provides mostly local food, toast, fruits, juice and coffee. Staffs there are very friendly and provide good service 4. Staffs overall friendly. Only housekeeping department REALLY needs improvement!! A. Doesn’t vacuum room carpet!! Our room has some garbage on the floor which from last customer and during our 2 days staying, they are still there!!🤢 B. Doesn’t refuel shampoo the 2nd day we stay.

  Best hotel experience. Room was exquisite. Love the bathroom. Except for the pool. Some of us nonswimmers would enjoy more time at the pool if it wasnt as deep as 1.4m. But the view from the pool was awesome. So here plus a half star.

  Very worst breakfast. If you think that you are booking five star hotel, really I am very sorry, please book other hotel. Everywhere hanging wire and cupboard doesn't have grip to pull out and inside bathroom there is no place to keep your shower gel. :-( finally one more thing I want to add here, please change the towel often. Because I myself can feel that towel was very very old and dirty.

  Stay here for 4 days 3 night. Service is fast and good. Ate almost the same food almost everyday for breakfast. They only change 2 or 3 dishes each day. But it still a good stay.

  This is totally not a 5 star hotel! Its not even 3 star . Roof top Pool is out of order and filter is not working . Walk way to your room is like going inside old ages apartments buildings and lack of proper lighting! one access card per room no matter how many family member you got ! Kitchen is not equipped even spoon , fork and plates ! , I have no idea even why they put it and you can not use it ! Although the bathroom is OK room cleanliness would be acceptable in normal eye vision , but expect to have geckos company you in the room ! Simply stay away !!!
