  The room do not match with what been picture. Lobby very smoky and smelly. Not a good experience and will never come back

  This hotel is clean, the staff all were polite and the price are reasonable too...

  Firstly there is no safety , car number plate was stolen just 2 hours after checking in. No cctv provided and the service is extremely horrible , rude, sarcastic and very disappointing treatment from the receptionist and the service. Before checking out , we were out of water supply in the bathroom nothing is being done but instead as us to wait for 30mins and we have to still check out at 12pm. Were in the middle of taking a shower. body was full of shop. Room was no clean. attitude from the employees were just so rude. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL TO ANYONE. PRICE IS NOT CHEAP AND RECEIVING SUCH TREATMENT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

  I stayed here for 2 days , service is very bad , there was a water cut issue which we was not informed prior , the staff was not helpfull even getting a pale of water for it was a emergency. We were asked even to purchase mineral water on our own ! Poor service !
