  Absolutely disgusting rooms. Beds were stained with period blood from previous guests. Towels provided by the resort had yellow/orange stains on them. Leftover food in the fridge which started to grow mold in it. There was also leftover food in the balcony, which the resort did not clean until 2 days after requesting them to clean it out. Everything was dusty and had mold on it. The resort does not routinely clean the rooms. Extremely bad service as well. This does not follow basic hygiene, I did not willingly choose to stay in this resort. I highly recommend whoever plans to visit Sarawak to find a different hotel, anything is better than this. I would not even expect animals to survive in these conditions.

  The room service is just fine, the room is clean but the service is kinda slow because due to the room service staff is busy cleaning the toilets. The resort should hired a cleaner so the room service staff can focus on their work and doesnt delaying their work. Overall my stay with my family here is great with a good nature surrounding.

  We had booked a tour and this was the accomodation that was included. We were well aware that we would be staying in a treehouse and were expecting a certain level of basic living. However we were not prepared for stained and hair covered sheets, dirty bathroom with leaking appliances, mouldy cupboards, broken windows (which is not ideal when you are staying somewhere that has a numerous amount of mosquitoes) and the final straw was coming back to find ants all over our bed. The worst of it was the fact that the staff did not seem to understand why I was complaining about there being ants all over our sheets and I had to ask numerous times for someone to come and change them. At this point we made up our mind that we were going to move and booked somewhere else that was cheaper and far better. As we were about to leave, 3 hours later, finally housekeeping arrived, but this was too late. I understand that this is an eco accomodation but I would expect that the treehouse would have been cleaned and amenities updated in the last 10 years, but it seems neither have happened. If this was far cheaper than current price then the standard would be acceptable. As it is I would avoid and book somewhere else in the city.

  This place has great facilities for almost every occasion. It has the best views of the South China Sea. They also have some amazing scenery from different parts of the forest for those who wish to explore more. The furniture was old and the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. the food not so many choices and some were tasteless.
