I had my first visit a couple of weeks ago my Shepard/Labrador had a hot spot that had gotten out of control. My dog is not the friendliest and they handled him so well! I loved my visit. The staff is so friendly and nice! I have been to numerous vets in the area that did not know how to handle my dog, but not this one! They made me feel at such ease. The environment is so clean.

My cat is permanently traumatized after being admitted here. I had no choice but to put her there since it was the only 24 hour clinic at that time. I don't know what they did to her but now everytime she goes to the vet she will shiver in fright.

IF YOU HAVE A PET THAT NEED MEDICAL CARE, EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH, YOU SHOULD NOT SEND YOUR PET HERE. IT IS LIKE SIGNING A DEATH WARRANT FOR YOUR PET. YOUR PET WILL SURELY DIE......YOU PAY SOOOOOO MUCH TO SEND YOUR PET TO A CERTAIN DEATH!!!!!!

My sister sent her puppy over last night when it started experiencing cramps in the middle of the night, the puppy was twitching uncontrollably, could not stand up and crying due to the pain. My sister could only take her here because it is an 24 hour medical centre. When she got there, the indian vet looked like just awoken from sleep and was not pleased to have to attend to a sick puppy. The vet did not do anything other than pestering my sister to hospitalize the puppy, scaring her by saying repeatedly that it may die in the night due to the crampings. No thorough check ups no whatever! When my sister enquired what they will do if she hospitalize her puppy, they replied "Oh. We can't do anything till morning. If she starts twitching or cramping again we'll just inject her and wait till morning." THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF HOSPITALIZING HER I ASK YOU?! YOU'RE NOT GONNA DO NOTHING EXCEPT INJECTING AND INJECTING AND INJECTING?! You didn't even check her puppy properly!!! HOW DARE YOU GIVE INJECTIONS WITH NO PROPER CHECKING? Do you think that it's safe? It is highly possible that the puppy may truly die if it was hospitalized at the centre. At that point my sister was already sobbing due to worry and the kind of treatment that you are gonna give to her baby puppy. My brother was adamant not to let the puppy stay, they decided to leave. The bill came up to RM260.00 even though there was barely anything done that was remotely helpful to their situation. The vet's reason being it was over 12am, midnight consultation. Bill aside, as they were about to leave, my sister and brother saw an auntie with her helper carrying a terrier in her arms, looking very worried. The auntie told the same indian vet that her baby is in a lot of pain and kept screaming when people touched her hind leg. The vet ordered the helper to put the dog down and made him walk despite knowing that it is very painful. Right after that he smacked the painful leg VERY HARD several times until the dog screamed. The auntie was horrified!! What's worse was that the vet smugly turned and said "See? No problem!" Are you serious? No problem my ass. The dog screamed in pain and you said no problem?! You are clearly delusional. The auntie was so mad she picked up her dog and left in a huff with her helper. She couldn't believe what she just experienced either. Furthermore, the vet told my sister, if not serious you can come in the morning. Hello? If it's not serious, she would not have driven over at 12am in the night to go to the one 24 hour medical centre. You think she hasn't got anything else better to do? You think she's so rich want to pay expensive consultation fee? It's only because it's serious that she took the effort. So you should play your goddamn part as a DOCTOR and be nice and stop giving ambiguous injections to animals that you didn't check! You could've killed them animals. My advice to you: IF YOU HAVE NO COMPASSION TOWARDS ANIMALS, DO NOT BE A VET. DO NOT EVEN BE A DOCTOR. GO DO SOMETHING ELSE. YOU ARE PUTTING ANIMALS' LIFE AT RISK WITH YOUR DELUSIONAL ATTITUDE.
