  Since I bought my sweet tiny poodle in this PetsMore SS2,i find most of the staff /groomer are friendly n caring.My next trip will be going to PetsMore,Kota D'sara.. which is near my house, hopefully will meet the friendly staff there.

  Good to have pet shop there... but not much pets there...

  I sent my puppy for grooming before CNY. When I entered the shop, I was left unattended. When I approached the staff in ground floor, I did not even finish my sentence, he straight away told me 'go upstair'. I were attended by a girl when I went to 3rd floor. I was told that I can fetch him at 9.30pm. I had dinner after work before I can fetch him. After dinner, I went up to see if my puppy was done. The girl who attended to me in the afternoon could not recognize me at all and gave me a wrong puppy. Imagine that if my puppy had been given to other customer! I bought a CNY shirt which cost RM60+ for my puppy too. It was worn once and washed. The shirt collar is totally torn now. What kind of quality is this? Product and service not even meet minimum requirement but cost me RM200 in total bill including membership registration. It does not worth me to spend RM200.

  I had no issue sending my dog to petsmore SS2. My third visit, my dog have rashes on his back paw, small swollen groin and red spot on his private part. I can't bear to see my lil baby suffer. I think they need to monitor if customers dog when it's left in for boarding. It's not cheap the price of boarding which is RM43 per night. Talking about food, I have no idea what food they give. They can do better by giving customers to view the place dogs are kept. The staffs needs to pay attention when customer inform of a pick up time (they just need to call once on the day of pick up and asked customer to re-confirm the on pick up time.) No customers want to leave their dogs long in boarding unless it's Emergency. Thank you.

  Level 2 used to have lots of fish and the aquarium are clean. Now all is left is empty aquariums and the big are still have few fish but lots of algae. Seems like nobody take care of it any longer. Subang branch already closed down. I wonder if this branch will see the same fate.
