  Worst post office ever. Staff is very rude. I don’t remember her name but I still remember her ugly face!

  I frequent this branch as it is convenient. However, service here is very bad and slow. The counter staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant. They have chats among themselves, while serving customers. They are sometimes rude and I've never come across any of the staff saying a simple "thank you". However, today, the 15th January 2018, the atmosphere was different. The staff were excellent in their customer service and were very polite. I was pleasantly surprised and thought that maybe it was because the outlet was newly renovated and the staff were motivated. Then, I realised that they were officers doing their checks and there was one standing behind the counter staff observing his work. Probably this was because this outlet was just renovated and they were there to see if things worked. Too good to be true. Let's see if this good customer service continues. I really have my doubts.

  What can I say - The ladies are always distracted with something else and we are left waiting for her to straighten her name plate, the bell, small talk with colleague (I really hope they were discussing work!). Only one counter open when there were more than 2 staff members. Be sure to have something to entertain yourself while you wait.

  Went to JPJ to renew road tax got 23 ques. Came here few customers and got my que first.
