::I'm doing braces there for more than 1 year. The experience was satisfy until the doctor migrant to other country. First appointment with the new doctor not able to schedule within the 1 month regular visit. I wanted to reschedule the appointment as i cannot make it, however the front office informed the doctor only available on 1 day on weekday for the earlier available day the doctor is available and he is not working on weekend. Ok, then i check for the week after that, she informed the doctor has not share his schedule yet and the doctor is working with government hospital so the availability is limited...they will call me later... I'm not sure how long it has to postpone as i have not receive any call after 2 weeks.. I dont think my treatment will be able to complete within a reasonable timeline if the schedule so hard to on track. Not recommend for new patience, please looks for other clinic

::Repeated had to tell the helper that you have to place the suction tube at the right places to prevent me from swallowing water while the dentist was cleaning my tooth. Doctor also never taught her to do it right. I swallowed the water a several times. No choice as it was building up in my mouth! Hated it!!!

::Went here as some local friends recommended these dentists to me. My appointment was at 17:00, but even if I arrived early my treatment began at once after filling in a small questionaire. The dentist and her assistant were very friendly taking away any worries quickly. I knew that two of my teeth needed treatment so I expected quite some torture. After cleaning and polishing, they said that only those two teeth needed treatment (drilling and filling). The procedure was very quick and smooth. When it was finished I asked surpised "this was it already?" I left the dentist after 45 minutes already and paid a price that is much lower than in my home country Germany. Really recommended!
