  Clean rooms, location is close to most major shops and restaurants except jesselton point. Breakfast has variety but most things are cold unless you luck out with fresh replenishments. Staff are mostly polite. We were woken up every morning at 8:15 to staff vacuuming. One morning it was 4:30 am and when asked why they said there was a leak. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience which I think is poor customer service. Swimming pool is on the main road and not very appealing. Gym very basic and no air conditioning. Lifts were very tired looking and had no sensor and would often close on you walking in.

  Excellent stay at the hotel. Friendly staffs and convenient location. Breakfast can improve though

  Good location, the hotel is good. However, I have had bad experience.... housekeeping staff should check the room facilities more carefully 😡

  Their food is good... the service not so hot although there are some really nice and caring people yet it seems the managers or those in charge don't make customer service a top priority and may be it is only my experience. It is a busy place filled with a good spirit and nice surroundings and it is clean so there is a lot of hope that it can improve.

  Good and very convenient hotel. Very busy hotel with a lot of tourists. Shops nearby are all in walking distance. Hotel are a bit old but they maintain it well. Airconds are very cold too. Foods n breakfast are good. Would recommend it for high tea. But there are other options of hotel in town as well better than this hotel
