::The staff were friendly. The waiting area was nice, with air-cond, tv, newspapers and some magazines. The mechanic was patient in explaning query. And, they will even send you a sms reminder to service you car when the date is close.

::The staff are so attentive and always help me when I require something from them. Will up date me when ever things need to be change when it is out of the list. Friendly and will share the info pertaining my car.

::it seems they're more looking forward to service a car that still under warranty, when the car it's little bit too old or second hand car, the will just do what is "necessary" , mean just change the oil get me hell out of here, no information on what's my car condition is? Is it necessary to change this part or whatsoever, people with second hand car has no history on what the service for the past owner, yeah it will take some time to check about the other parts beside engine, but it'll make your customer come back, and the guy who handle my car ( not the foreman) is very not helpful, no suggestion for next change nothing, just , here is your car and have a nice day..

::Have been to various authorised service centre & branches for various cars since 2001. I have also interacted with many foremans and mechanics during my ownership of various cars to learn and gauge their technical knowledge. This is my first experience here and it is suffice to say that the mechanics are well trained and know their stuffs. The SA is a bit of a disappointment but I do not rate it seriously as the key area i.e. service staffs are more than enough to cover the deficiencies of this centre. Hope tht the mgmt. would do the necessary to retain the service staffs. Shall look forward to service my car again here later.

::Info: A convenient location for nearby residents needing any Proton car maintenance/servicing. It can easily accommodate small to medium numbers of customers. Opening hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm (Monday - Saturday) 8.00am - 5.00pm (Sunday) Pros: • Efficient and fast service from the staffs. • Friendly and helpful; will try their best to assist their customers. • Decent waiting area. *Limited seats Cons: - Small and quite a narrow passage to enter the premises, due to patrons' car parked on the side of the road. - The premises is considerably small as a servicing centre. Overall: Nonetheless, the staff professionalism outweighs the limited space the centre can accommodate its customers. Thus 4 star is the reflection of its overall performance.
