  Called twice to confirm whether full service records were available for the car that I was interested in, as published in Mudah. When arrived at the dealer, waited 20 mins for them to look for the service records. Wasted my time, no service records were available.No apology...nothing Pathetic tactics to lure buyers to come by their place. .

  Untrustworthy. They waste your time and have appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

  on 3/2/2018 went to public auto to book Perodua alza PKY 757 for my daughter . Ads price is rm 31800. OTR cash is rm 36100 after bargaining and the salesman promised to service the car and make it tip top as I m paying cash. I don't mind paying additional rm 4300 for road tax, insurance,transfer,puspakom, 6%gst , runner etc but I was promised insured of rm 20000 with all rider. When I collected the car on 7/2/2018 my perspective towards your salesman is all car salesman are liars or cannot be trusted at all. So never believe a car salesman.. full of bullshits and comforting words in a way that no customers will return again! 1. Insurance only cover owner and one add rider.( no all rider) 2 . given only a set of original key and alarm. when confronted the salesman ensured me it's only cost around rm 100. But when I check with Perodua the key alone cost rm 300+ not included alarm. 3.when I send the car for balancing the panel workshop recommended by your salesman found out the brake pad has worn out and need to be change immediately. but the salesman said I had to pay myself. 4 . No sound from front right speaker. According to workshop the speaker is spoilt. Then the workshop take out a right front speaker from abandoned car around workshop. The speaker is too small and mismatch yet the workshop just modify to install the speaker as instructed by salesman.as long as got sound it's done. 5. I was given a tinted voucher worth rm350 but I have to pay rm 371 for installation. Or shall I list down all the unsatisfied problems with your salesman and public auto used car or shall I make a bad remark of your company so that others will be alert of all your salesmen tricky tactics that represent public auto. Pls consider as a cash buyer must I go through all the troublesome sickening bullshits. Or do your company ever value cash buyer of such a cheap car?? Even it's only Alza your company expecialy all your salesmen must be honest and treat all customers with appreciation. Ty for your time and I hope to get a feedback reply. If not maybe I will forward to consumer tribunal.

  Bought a car from them 6 months ago. No problems and happy with my car

  Many choices of Japanese and continental cars available with big engine capacity. Definitely worth a look of their stock.
