  A Truly Disappointing Grooming Experience! My dog FELL from the grooming table, HANGING and STRUGGLING and no one aware of this until i saw it from outside and scream! I was unhappy that after this happened they could act like nothing happened without saying sorry, my dog could have die from broken neck yet she focus on telling me the grooming price has increased. When i come back to collect my dog, they told me my dog is injured, got clipped by the grooming blade, 'just a minor cut' they said. FYI, its as big as 1.5cm on a leg of a Shih Tzu that is as thin as 2 of my fingers, its a hole that could see the muscle/bone or whatever inside. The uncle told me to put cigarette ash on it if its bleeding or i can rush her to the vet. Then he also remind me that my dog is old. YAYA! my dog is 14yo and which is harder for her to heal from such negligence. I went to talk to the groomer and again she don't feel sorry at all, is like a normal thing that she cut peoples dog. They never say sorry. After i questioning them they say i don't have to pay for the grooming. As a groomer it important to have the attitude of being gentle and loving for animals. However I'm truly disappointed for the cruel act towards animal. It is totally unacceptable. I left the place with my dog walking with 3 legs, and a big wound on the leg that could see inside, look at the picture below.
