  Front desk staff need to learn how to serve guest nicely and talk nice not rude to the guest. We pay to stay here not come here and stay for free.. room are not clean well.. sucks!!

  i stayed here to spend the last night of my vacation in KL. Got my room at a promo rate . The room is spacious and the view from my room is a plus. the receptionists are really nice. they let me checked in 2 hours before the check in time. the location is good - near the Sultan Ismail station.

  We were allotted superior room. The flush is the bathroom stops functioning every time you use it. So you need to call the maintenance guy every time u use it! Phone lines do not work. For Indian travellers this place is not recommended unless you are wanting to eat Indian food! Else there are restaurants and street food all over this locality. Nothing to watch on television!

  Worst hotel we ever had.. check in took an hour, room is not fancy, we had to call the housekeeping for them to know that there are 2 guests, coz they only provide 1 towel. Breakfast???! Oh please, let's be real, your breakfast is something u can order at mamak store. If you're a foreigner, do not book this hotel, yes it's cheap because it describes its standards.

  Terrible hotel, dirty rooms, leaking bathroom facilities, trash and cigarettes from former guest not cleaned in a non smoking room. Swimming pool is milky green far away from having the proper ph score. Breakfast is non described, focusing on Asian guests, omelette is offered sometimes but tasteless, scramble eggs unknown to the "cook" . The spa is a gentleman club which is not bad as long as you're a man. The hotel needs proper maintenance and a service training for the front office staff. They charge a deposit and tourist tax during check in but give a receipt for the deposit only. During check out they deduct again the tourist tax from your deposit and accusing the guest to lie if the tell it's paid during check in already, so make sure you get receipt for all of your payment. But better to avoid this place. Not to mention that taxi driver don't know this hotel because it changed the business name, maybe the old name was run down already.
