Very bad experience. Wasted my money and time. I didnt want to wear their slippers due to hygiene reason, they forced me to wear. I didnt want to take off underwear, they insisted. I refused. I am doubtful of the garment hygine. Massuer is very inexperienced. Seemed she is a trainee. Very very lousy. Didnt know how to press on the acupoints at all. The company should not deploy bad massuer at all. It ruined their reputation. Avoid!!! I wont return again.

Very bad experience here. As usual, they ask customers to take off shoes before treatment. But the shoes were left unwatched, so by the end of my treatment, I found my shoes were stolen. After hours negotiation, the manager is only willing to compensate RM20 (they were a coupon until I emphize I will never come back again) and let me wear those in-house guest slipper to go home (already used by go knows how many ppl). This is not a fake comment, I also reported this to police but unfortunatly they didn't want to get involve this because they think the amount of my lost is not many. (No. Report: BRICKFIELDS/009838/17) Ijust want everyone knows that the way they manage customer's property is not proper and they don't think they have the duty. And their massage is not that good either.

Basic junior massage, untrained technique, noisy reception area (who brings a child into a massage shop, let's them chatter and screech.. Worse, why wouldn't management ask them to leave instead of ruining every other customers experience. Sigh)
