  It was awesome stay at this hotel. Every department did a marvellous job. A great job done by all front office staffs, f&b staffs and housekeeping staffs. . Hats off to especially the front office manager, Mr.Vicky and his team. They played the most important role and made sure that our stay over the wonderful. It would be awesome if every hotel has got a FO manager team like his. recommended to all. Syabas and Keep up the good job guys.

  Really stingy and bad attitude for the workers. I only took 1 cupcake, and one of the worker told me cannot "tapau". The service was really rude. I asked for the tissue, one of the worker just throwing the tissue on my table without looking at me. U just a worker not a manager of the hotel, so arrogant af.

  It was unexpectedly an awesome stay at this hotel. Every department did a marvellous job. A great job done by the bell boys, all front office staffs, f&b staffs and housekeeping staffs. The hotel had got a very comfortable, home like feeling. Its environment is suitable for even infants. Heads off to especially the front office manager, Mr.Vickneshwaran and his team. They played the most important role and made sure that our stay over the wonderful. It would be awesome if every hotel has got a FO manager team like his. I travel alot and stay in many hotels. But experience in this hotel is definitely the most memorable one. Highly recommended to all. Keep up the good job guys.

  Fabulous experience in KB. The hotel is old, no doubt, but the amazing staff service makes up for it completely. Food in the hotel is ok. Breakfast is complimentary and buffet style mixed Malay and Arabic style. All in all I would easily recommend it. And at RM250 per night you can't go wrong. Very reasonably priced.
