::Great hotel at the city centre with views of the KL tower and twin towers. I would personally rate the hotel itself as a 5/5 however their customer service definitely deserve a 3 or less. I paid for "club lounge access" and each time I visited the lounge I was never greeted by staff members even though there was always 2 staff at the door. Stuff members at the lobby area were also not on the ball with their customer service skills (not enough smiles). Club lounge also lacked variety in food, lack of space, lack of view even though it was on the 25th floor and also quality of service. Most other club lounge at other 5 star hotels I've stayed had great views, plenty of space, excellent service and plenty of food selection.

::We stayed at the West Wing Deluxe Room and it was newly renovated 👍. The Temptations food quality also improved compared 2 years ago. 😋😍 Overall, it is a very happy and satisfied stay for me and my family🎉🎉 Keep up the good work 👍😁

::I had a deluxe king room - spacious and aesthetically pleasing design. Staffs were friendly. The hotel itself was huge with east and west wings. I didn't explore the pool or fitness room, but I had lounge access thanks to my husband. It was a great experience.

::Really beautiful service. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast is great, almost too many choices but was great over a few days because we got to try everything. Lovely location easily accessible to different parts of KL.

::Beautiful hotel in a great part of KL. Very friendly, professional and courteous staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with many staffed stations offering prepared to order warm dishes. Fantastic swimming pool with a bar and great service. Well equipped gym and boutique spa. A very positive experience with couple of things that need mentioning. The room is nice but is getting dated and bathroom had some plumbing issues.
