I want to inform that i am not happy with my experience here. I feel cheated by your shop. I came yesterday to buy buggies. I came with honesty telling you all I don't know anything about birds. You charge me RM180 for ONE buggie. I found out today that the price is about 80 ringgit and even lesser in most pet shop. This is not a very nice thing to do. To cheat customer who honestly come and ask advice. Maybe its also my fault for not going around to check price first. Even so, I did say this is a bit expensive and the owner so no this price is very cheap already. I think it's not right to take advantage of customers like that

There's no proper response on Whatsapp. When we went there the staff and the bosses did not seem keen to serve us and were rude because we asked if there's a cheaper snake (they are all overpriced). The staff did not seem to know the prices, and information about the animals. The conditions of the animals were sad, they are all cramped in small plastic cases and no air-cond or temperature control for the animals. Don't recommend for anyone who loves animals to go there.

After visiting this place, as an animal lover, I feel angry and disgusted. The range of animals goes from birds to rodents and reptiles, and are kept in terrible conditions. The shop smells awful, due to the filthy cages (that are apparently rarely clean) in which the animals live. Unfortunately, the staff wouldn't let me take pictures. In front, at the entrance, an iguana had blood on its face, some parrots were pulling their own feathers (shows how stressed the birds are) and I even saw a baby parrot kept in a plastic box similar to those used to put tortoises or hamsters. The poor bird couldn't turn around. Just before visiting this store, I went to another store on Jalan Klang Lama called ExoReptiles Malaysia where the animals are nicely taken care of by the friendly staff and have clean and spacious cages. I recommend you go to their shop instead of going to Reptiles Planet and Pet Studio if you are interested in getting a reptile pet. Overall, I am saddened to see a business like this one still up and running when you see how unhealthy the animals look and the horrid conditions in which they're kept.

Passed through old klang road and decided to pop in to look for feeder pinkies and frogs, both of which they did not sell. The boss seemed quite surly on the phone as well (called a few months back asking about their turtles), and their animals are all frighteningly overpriced (ie RM400 was the cheapest turtle). Seems to cater only to an affluent yuppie crowd.
