Noisy and view wasn't great. Its a non smoking building but people were still smoking. The hall stinks of smokes.

It is neat, clean and tidy. It is a service suite with basic kitchen items. More like a studio apartment. Excellent location. Outside Food options plenty. By the way no room service in the RH suites. Located in the golden triangle, and the entire area comes alive in the evening and night. Transport options equally plenty. Almost all must see places are within 7 km, many of them within even shorter distances. All in all extraordinary value for money.

Let’s start with the positives... super fast wifi, a decent power shower, excellent location and use of the hotel pool & relaxation area (excellent for an afternoon snooze to escape the crowds). Sadly that’s where it stops. On arrival, there was confusion as to how to actually get to the suite. After receiving a call from the owner (for which we will be charged international roaming rates), he arrived and stated that he required full payment immediately. Once we arrived in our suite we were greeted with dirty walls and discoloured bed linen and towels. We were given only two small bath towels for our 4 night stay (I asked for a further towel as one of them was very small!). We were given no toiletries, in the bathroom was a half empty shower gel and a bottle of shampoo possibly from a previous guest? The kitchenette area was very poorly stocked with just one glass tumbler! There appeared to be no bin bags and there was no washing up liquid or washing powder for the washer/dryer. Both wardrobes had broken sliding doors and the furniture generally was very shabby looking. Additional charges for aircon could be incurred & this should have been mentioned at the time of booking. Overall, the suite was disappointing and we will not be recommending it to anyone.
