  The more basic rooms are in need of a renovation. The higher tier rooms are much better in conditon. One room had weak air conditioning and our newly changed room had a bad tv and moldy corners in the shower. But it equates for the room price.

  First time had very bad impression the moment entered hotel. I feel like entered some mamak shop. Even the walk path to the rooms smell like very old. Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang can consider as budget hotel.

  A hotel is a rented home where to stay 3-5 days. I had visited many countries & stayed in many hotels. Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang hotel is a place where I was much happy because of the hotel's location, room's cleanliness, stuff's politeness, immediate actions of any demands & cordial behaviours. During the breakfast i was introduced with some ppl, most of them were repeated guest who stays here. Since last 4days (18th Feb, 2018) i was staying there with my wife & 1 year old baby. Suddenly at midnight of yesterday (21st Feb) my baby was facing high fever but was feeling better at morning. So, for half an hour i was out of the hotel & suddenly got a call when my wife was loudly crying & let me know that baby's temperature has suddenly increased & baby was shaking his body, twisting & rolled over his eyes. I was just running to the hotel. When reached there i had noticed that my Shona was senseless, wife was running to the hotel lobby, the GM of the hotel with some stuffs are also running, already arranged a taxi, advised us to take the necessary documents & the AGM of the hotel took our bag & taken us to the hospital, did every thing for us in the hospital (described baby's condition to the hospital ppl, bought foods etc) From the very beginning to till released & returned back to the hotel Ms.Ajarishah (AGM) was with us. After our return to the hotel to till our leaving (today) every stuffs was asking about my baby. These ppl did something that we were feeling that we are leaving our family in Malaysia. At present we have safely reached in my country, baby has still fever but better now. Alhamdulillah. We are thankful to all the stuffs of Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang Hotel. We'll never forget you.

  Nice but rather old hotel..some stain on the roof. But overall price per performance is good

  Not bad. Service is excellent, programs offered are excellent. But this is an old hotel. The nifty "software" are being let down by the dated "hardware". There is just so much you can do before you are physically constrained by the lagging infrastructure. Hotel management should consider refurbishing the room by phases.
