I had no issue staying here. Budget hotel close to kl sentral. About 10 mins walk. Friendly staff. Room is clean & spacious. Modern looking toilet. Big size led tv!. Even toothbrush & toothpaste supplied by the hotel which is rarely seen in budget hotel. Recommended.

We had a good time in this hotel. Most of the staffs are very friendly with all the check-in and check-out process. But, Hotel facilities are need to improve lot more. If they improved I will be there next time also. It will located in the heart of the KL. Also, it will be the easy place to handle the train and bus services. Also, it’s nearest to laundry, coffee shop and Shopping malls. Particularly they need to improve the Cleaning facilities and our stay time Hot water is not working properly. They took some time to repair it. But, it happen more than one time. They are staff very responsive. They always respond our queries without any hesitance and they don’t have any restrictions or hesitance in the late check in and late check-up. They allow you to do the late and early check-in and check-out based on your availability. It will help us to do the tour planning within our schedule. They had a good restaurant inside with the hotel. They are providing the superb continental breakfast for the staying people. You can order additionally also. They have lunch and dinner in the menu. But, we couldn’t try it.

We wanted 2 rooms ,one with one bed and the other with 2 beds. When we checked in we were given 3 rooms . It was explained the connected rooms can be given to family with kids only. But we booked it more than a month ago and wasn't notified at all. The real nightmare arrives when we entered the room. There were insects EVERYWHERE crawling on the wall, and on the washroom floor. There are moving fast and there were 5 or 6 of them. We went back to the reception and the manager checked and even herself cannot stand the amount of insects in the room. She agreed to refund us but it was really late at night and we had to pay a fortune to stay in another hotel. The other reception explained it doesn't happen and probably the previous guest forgot to close the windows or door. Well, this is a budget hotel and we initially chose because of its pictures online but realize the reality is quite different.

Had a horrible experience here. It was unprofessional, dirty and just unfriendly. It first began with the misrepresentation of room images found online and on their website. Upon receiving the key card, we were stuck outside of our room for 30 minutes. I had to go down TWICE to tell the receptionist that they key card wasn't working. He didn't believe me and finally went up and tried for himself. He loudly groaned "Oh come on!!" when the door wouldn't open for him. He said he'll call housekeeping and told us to wait in the hallway that was foul smelling. It was very disconcerting that it smells very much like vomit... Housekeeping came and rudely said that we just needed to change the card downstairs and problem would've been solved. To which, I informed him that I've already gone downstairs twice. He shrugged and said that we can go in now with a new card. All this inconvenience was not met with a single apology by the staff. Oh well. Upon entry, our experience with this hotel went further downhill. Stains were on the floor and sink. Water would leak out from the shower as the drainage system in the shower was not well done. As we had a dinner party to attend that night, we got ready and quickly checked out. Never to return again. Location : No parking is available on the premise so you would need to park your car in a public parking. Surrounding area is quiet especially at night. Understandably, it is a boutique hotel but my previous visits to a boutique hotel was not as horrible and unprofessional as this.
