  This is certainly not a 4 star hotel - it's really tired, poorly maintained and the service is fairly rubbish. The room was outdated and there was significant mould in the bathroom - nothing felt clean. We had to request a kettle and bathmat for our room several times before one eventually arrived, but then we had to change rooms due to water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. We were upgraded to a suite which was only marginally better; there was more space but the room still felt musty, and the furnishings were still poor. There is also no wifi in the rooms - if you need a connection you have to go hang out with the hoards of other guests in the run down lobby couches. The whole hotel is in need of a serious facelift! This was the view of the pool from our room - perhaps symbolic of the current state of the hotel!

  My mom's favourite place for having breakfast (sometimes she cravings for hotel breakfast 😅). Great menu for breakfast. The price for walk in is quite good :)

  I stayed for a night in Sabah oriental with my friends.our room is a single queen bed,with a sofa on the side.the best thing about this hotel is the price is very affordable for a big room and it is near to town And everything u want,imago mall just a few minutes away. The bad thing is their maintenance n service is not that good as we're having problem with our key room and we have to go down twice for the same problem.they gave us a new room but the same problem happened.poor maintenance.

  Stay in this hotel is awesome. The dining is way cheaper with big portion of food

  It looks like the hotel is not maintained as required. The Wifi network was available only at the lobby. The swimming pool was closed. The treadmill was out of order. The bathtub and bathroom wall tiles were not so clean. The food is not so good for continental / western. However the breakfast was satisfactory. If the hotel is maintained with all available facilities, then this could get a better rating.
