  VERY TERRIBLE ! NO STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE AT ALL. Charge high for monthly parking. But u dont get your card before the commencing date! Call to complaint only know revert here and there.

  This is the worst season parking I ever had. This parking always drives me into really bad mood. The service is really bad. Let me explain one by one. I pay my monthly fees earlier EVERYTIME. I've informed the office earlier that I paid because it is weekend the office is not open and I couldn't submit my receipt to them. It is because that I didn't submit the receipt, but I've informed them earlier. They FREAKING blocked my season pass on MONDAY!!!!! This caused me inconvenience and I couldn't trust such a awful parking service and their office management can't do things accordingly, they failed to update their system that I've informed them I've paid, and BLOCKED me!!! And the women in charge in the parking booth is FREAKING rude when she talks to me everytime. There is once 5.05pm after I work, I rush to the booth and to submit the monthly payment receipt, and the women is still there. She talked rudely, "Tak Ada! Tak Ada!" then she ignored me. I replied what do you mean "Tak Ada"?. Just a simple receipt submit caused me so much trouble. She just couldn't do her job well. I just want to pass the receipt to her. She ignored and also rude. No empathy. She should go clean the toilet rather than working in service line. Terrible service ever.

  Montly customer tak dapat tempat parking. Parking kosong tak bg masuk pula. Pelik la ur punya management. Menyusahkan

  Office hour 8 to 5? But 8.12 still not open door for renew parking card. Staff seat inside and just ignore customer waiting. Bad service
