::Shahid counter 3 needs some serious retraining in Customer service techniques. Either that or it's time for him to find a new job. Never looks happy working here. Sighing and passive aggressive towards customers doesn't garner confidence with your customers. You can't ask him any questions without lighting his short fuse and having him vent his frustrations with his sad life at you. If so bengang go hide in a cave.
