  Booked ticket online, payed for it, bank confirmed payment, they claimed it did not go through. In the end I got nothing for my money. Total scam, zero stars.

  Showed up just in time for our bus and they closed the doors on us even though we were knocking... instead of letting us in, They made us wait 20 minutes for the next bus, and they didn't have the AC running so it was really hot. There was no reason for not letting us on the first bus, it was even the time indicated on our ticket. Very inconsiderate people, just here to make money.

  cheap and affordable. bus left once it was full. however, customer service (from the guy checking ticket) was non-existent. No wifi on bus. Bus was a bit dirty. you get what you pay for... it works, but dont expect much

  Price is very cheap for what you get. Bus is somewhat clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Website says there's wifi on the bus, but there was none for the one I used. Also, zero customer service from the guy that checked my tickets.

  Never had any problems. Works great. Very cheap . Only 12. Can take a while but that is to be expected.
