Pros - easily and centrally located in Berjaya Times Square. quite decently equipped. Cons - could do with more upgrades of threadmills and variety of classes available to be able to compete with other more established fitness centers located nearby (Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First, etc).

::No monthly membership for travelers. The minimum membership is 3 months at around 150 USD. Not worth it for those only around for a month or two. The free weight section is minimal. The staff seemed nice and were helpful but they need to update a little. Appeared to have plenty of cardio equipment and several machines for training.
