  Overall appearance and cleanliness at lobby is ok but the smell of floor detergent is too thick and it's offensive. For bedroom I've checked is ok, I hope they can locate some budget to change their towel, it's broke. Air cond ventilation for their room is good just like to let u experiencing to sleep in freezer.

  Value for money. Been staying here during Chinese New Year for the last few years.

  This is my second time i'm staying in this hotel. Overall my stay at this hotel was excellent, but one of the staff at the Front Desk which is a malay woman i don't recalled her name who's wearing a headscarf & a glasses was quite rude & no smile at all when she attended me upon check-in. Even if she's having a problem, stress, tension or tired, she shouldn't show her moody / sour face in front of me, other guest or colleagues. She should've acted professionally, but she failed to do so. I think she need to be train more professionally. I hope she won't repeat her bad attitude again because this will definitely effect the image & reputation of this hotel. The rest of the Front Desk staff was nice, ok, polite & they always smile as well. Room was clean, comfortable & spacious, but the thing there's no view nor a window at all. Location was good & easy to find. Buffet breakfast was very good, choices of varieties is just perfect & staff was also nice, polite & they always smile too, but the only thing annoying me is there're flies everywhere. The cafe need to install an electric insect killer. At least flies could be lesser. Parking for hotel guest is no issue at all whereby there're Security Guard on duty always on standby & monitor all the vehicles belongs to in-house guest parked at the parking lot from time to time. I'll definitely stay in this hotel again in the near future.

  The food here is just so so. Seminar room provided not to say small but the seating arrangement tends to be very cramped

  Just nice if you want to stay here for few days. Suitable for any function and the rate is affordable and reasonable. Modern design.
