  Baked rice was bland and had no flavor, meatball was cold and rubbery, service is ok but food quality is poor.

  Manager was excellent showing us in. She was prompt and very courteous. Thereafter the service was horrible! Water was supposed to be served but the waiter went to attend to other tables and forgot all about us and left our drinks on another table. We waited and waved to many waiters who just waltzed pass us without even looking. Even when we exclaimed loudly "Excuse me" where everyone in the restaurant heard us, the waiter who was in the vicinity didn't even turn to acknowledge us. It was 3 waiters after that someone finally came to our table to take our orders. I had to ask her to repeat our orders as I was quite sure she didn't get our orders right. She repeated in a very rushed manner and yes she got it wrong. In the end, I had to ask her to serve our water which was left on another table. Utterly disappointed at the level of service despite the restaurant not being even half full.
