  Standard 3 star hotel. Average service. Money wise it's fine

  If there was no star I’ll give it to this hotel. I cancelled my booking and went to the opposite hotel at 11pm Arrived at 9pm. No porter to take our bags. I had to take my bags to level two then off load from one trolley to another trolley to go to level three. Lift on level two wasn’t working properly Went to reception the staff wasn’t helpful at all I requested window with city view got a prison room( no windows.) after a short disagreement he changed room gave me another room in which a/c wasn’t work , had bad smell I walked across the road and stayed in a different hotel In short not a friendly hotel. I travel a fair bit this was my worst experience

  The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay. It is a non smoking hotel. But don't expect the tenants will heed that. We had our room changed due to the strong cigarette smell in our room and the corridor.

  Once a nice hotel I'm sure, now past its best. Check in was good, but our room has no windows (only deluxe room gets a view of any sort), bed linen was marked, no towels in the room and 2 lights not working. Window aside, these were sorted by the staff, but shouldn't have happened in the first place. The location however is first class and a great base of explore the city from. If the room had been properly cleaned and maintained in the first place, it would probably have got a higher rating. For the money, there are better budget hotels, but not necessarily with such a good location.
