  hi. I am William from Singapore visited T Dental Clinic last week to have my annual scaling, cleaning and check up done. After i had my scaling and polishing done in T Dental, i really feel to compliment them. Doctor is doing his job perfectly, clean every part of teeth so precisely and patiently. After i had my 20-25min scaling done, i feel my teeth is so fresh and clean for coming christmas. Really value of money. Good service, friendly doctor, efficient front desk ! highly recommended ! absolutely 5 stars, surely will come again..

  I’m visiting JB and made appointment for a dental cleaning at T Dental Clinic. I was told it is 90-150Rm and it depends on my teeth. The general check-up by the doctor is for free and will be done on the beginning. I got in, the doctor looked at all my teeth for 10sec and sad they are fine without asking any questions. Then he asked me if I want fluoride at the end for 40Rm more. I asked him how much the total is he didn’t give me a concrete answer. I said I’m fine I have fluoride at home which I take once a week. For the cleaning he used a machine to clean the upper part of my teeth and a second machine to polish. As he said after only 4-5 minutes we are done, I was shocked! All the cleanings which I previously received took at least 20+minutes. Done in Germany. I asked for a mirror and saw dirt in between the teeth. I asked if he has forgotten to clean in between the teeth. He said: “If u need more cleaning I would tell you.” As I got the receipt it said 120Rm. I asked why. The woman at the counter didn’t know and said she needs to ask. I said there is no reason why this procedure costs more than 90Rm and that it only took 5 min. I’m not willing to pay more than 90Rm. The doctor agreed and I left. I’m deeply disappointed with the check-up and the cleaning! That’s my teeth on the line which cannot be easily fixed.
