  Place was ok, location was nice. A French couple and their young kids demanded we didn't make a sound past 9pm (maby take your kids to a hotel?) Our air con leaked so the staffs fix it plan was putting a bucket under it, which made the dripping so loud I barely got sleep

  Very friendly host will help you out with almost anything, reasonable price stay. Good location. Cant expect more in this price range.

  Historic building but private rooms and bathrooms seem recently refinished. Excellent A/C! Staff very helpful but not many "local secret" resturants in the immediate vicinity as far as staff could advise. This area is nice but very tourist centric, beaches are 30min by car away from Georgetown so not the focus of this part of the island.

  Best hostel in Penang in my opinion. The employees are really friendly and the beds are comfy. The common area is a good place to meet other travelers. It has a good hostel vibe.

  clean and quiet hotel with a very relaxed vibe. stayed here for one night and slept comfortably. Hotel also felt very safe even if traveling alone. only complaint is that there are no upstairs shower so guests have to go downstairs to clean up.
