  I had an issue at The Bowls Bangsar South and the page replied to me denying all the facts I listed based on my experience, in a very defensive manner denying everything and in the end they blocked me!!!!! Unbelievable!

  Just ordered from food panda, the food quality is atrocious. The "marinated egg" is actually hard boiled egg with dark soy sauce. The teriyaki chicken don is actually white rice with dark soy sauce. In fact the entire bowl of rice was soaked with dark soy sauce. The only thing teriyaki about this was the chicken itself, which was lightly flavoured. Carrots and broccoli wete barely boiled and were rather raw with no seasoning. Paid 15 ringgits for a bowl of rice with dark soy sauce and hard boiled eggs. This is atrocious.

  Order on uber eats and they are so slow they should just go out of business while they don't have too many 1 star reviews

  Food tasted mediocre. The noodle was soggy. The soup was okay but not memorable. Food hygiene is questionable, as my friend found a short piece of raffia rope in her soup. Services was practically non-existent, the cashier/waitress was just sitting behind the counter minding her own business, even when facing first time customer who doesn't know how to "self-service".

  Having dinner with my dear wife at The Bowl. The Waze somehow took us to the wrong place but was worth the find. It was indeed a very unique setting and wonderful Japanese fusion. It simply remind of good old day eating Porridge rice, something to ABC soup. Maybe it can automated ordering of food similar to Japan vending machine. Highly recommended!
